Ze vinden er tips \u00e9n een opleidingsaanbod om zichzelf te versterken. Thema&#8217;s: werkzoekenden met migratieachtergrond werven en selecteren, matchen en begeleiden op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n<p>In the portal for employers, employers with a spirit for inclusive entrepreneurship will find what they are looking for. They can find tips and services on how to recruit job-seekers with a migration background and how to support them in the workplace.<\/p>\n\t<p>This training is part of the job coach portal. Job coaches learn to build a resume-narrative with their coachee using the Olympic tool. You can find them <a href=\"https:\/\/upgrade2work.be\/en\/coach-opleidingen\/\">here<\/a> on this webpage.<\/p>\n\t<p>During the learning network we have gathered challenges for policy makers in order to realize a higher influx of  non-EU migrants in our labor market. These challenges are not published on this website. We have delivered them directly to the responsible authorities.<\/p>\n\t<p>In a mutual learning process, we shared insights and experiences with two other projects: Feelix in Finland and Green Jobs In Bulgaria. Especially the <a href=\"https:\/\/upgrade2work.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/FEELIX-project-1.docx\">Feelix project<\/a> inspired us. We integrated the SomeBody method from this project into the <a href=\"https:\/\/upgrade2work.be\/en\/olympic-tool\/\">Olympic tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<p>During the project we worked with dialogue days, design factories and an advisory board. Our final products gradually took shape and content through an appreciative inquiry dialogue with and between employers, professionals and non-EU migrants.
