Ze bepalen in sterke mate de kansen op werk van de coachee op de Vlaamse werkvloeren.<\/p>\n<p>Een randvoorwaarde is gelinkt aan de context van de coachee. Het bepaalt in sterke mate of de coachee kans maakt op werk.
