Developing a diverse HR policy
From a baseline measurement you get an idea of where your company stands in terms of diversity. This results in an action plan that indicates how you can further develop your diversity policy. Increasing support and internal communication are two important themes in this regard. A consultant will work with you to identify opportunities to increase the inclusiveness of your company. Training in appreciative coaching of teams and employees

In this training you and your team will examine how you can integrate diversity in your workplace, how you can deal with different cultures in a practical way and how you can lower certain thresholds or barriers in your company. Training on accessible communication
With the help of tips & tricks, your management and team learn to communicate more fluently in an interactive way with employees from a migrant background. They learn to convert documents into clear and simple language. To do this, they will work with their own documents: work procedures, (safety) instructions, vacancies, brochures, personnel documents, newsletters, websites, etc. Your management and team are taught what forms of communication and support they can use at each language level (using pictograms or apps, initiating Dutch exercises, ...).

Existing tools and practices will become more accessible to everyone. The clearer, the fewer errors on the work floor and the more recruitment potential (short-skilled, young people, etc.). In addition, there are financial incentives (e.g. IBO-T, BIO) or free support (e.g. job and language coaching) that compensate the investment.
This way you have one point of contact and receive customized proposals and solutions. Communicate openly about activities, challenges and needs in your company and sector.
